Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Redemptions Manager who oversees the comprehensive redemption processes, ensuring the smooth operation from reprints to vendor relations, back-order escalations, and finalizing redemption lists. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Redemptions, this role involves effective communication across cross-functional teams, tracking and managing key performance indicators (KPIs), handling escalations, and maintaining data integrity. The position also includes supervising training for new associates, developing cost-saving strategies, and providing regular reports to senior leadership. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.
