The Junior Catering Manager supports the daily execution of corporate catering and executive dining services within a fast-paced business and industry environment in NYC. This role assists the Senior Catering Manager with coordinating events, supervising service staff, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a high level of hospitality for internal clients and guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and experienced in corporate catering or upscale hospitality operations. Required work schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM; evenings and occasional extended hours as required by business needs
