Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Housing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Kalahari Resorts' housing facilities in their entirety, to keep residents safe and the property in the best possible condition. You'll do this through inspecting rooms when vacant for any repairs, processing maintenance requests, updating tenants on work orders, managing rent collection, maintaining order while administering policy, handling resident complaints and evictions, and making sure nightly lock out procedures are being followed.
You'll often be the first and most important face to a group of international students. You'll hold effective orientations, and proper safety training for international staff upon arrival.
As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll create a positive housing experience for associates, contributing to a stronger guest experience through improved employee engagement, service consistency, and operational stability.
Salary Range: $45k - $55k
