Job Description
The customer is seeking a Senior Product Owner with deep Payments and Move Money operations expertise, rather than a technology-focused profile. Candidates should be evaluated against the following criteria. The ideal candidate must demonstrate deep, hands-on operations expertise in ACH and money movement, with the ability to design products that fully account for real-world payment exceptions, regulatory constraints, and operational risk. Specifically, the candidate should be able to clearly articulate and design for:
This role requires someone who has not only defined ACH features on paper, but who understands how ACH truly behaves in production, including failure scenarios, regulatory scrutiny, and operational escalation paths.
