As we foster a culture of inclusion throughout our company and within our communities, we constantly ask ourselves: What is our impact on the world? Each and every role throughout our organization makes a difference in our ability to change the world for the better. At HDR, our employee-ownership model shapes everything we do, including how we support and care for our people. Our diverse service lines, including Water, Architecture, Building Engineering Services, Field Services, Power, Waste, Industrial, and Transportation reflect our commitment to shaping resilient, sustainable, and forward-thinking communities around the world. Across these disciplines, our teams design and deliver solutions that safeguard public health, enhance quality of life, power innovation, and drive responsible growth. Our employee-owners collaborate across specialties, combining creativity, precision, and deep expertise to solve the most complex challenges facing our clients and communities.

The Central Texas Resources Real Estate PM/Lead guides and advances HDR's ROW services across Central Texas in the power and energy markets. This leadership role focuses on aligning technical capabilities with market demands, delivering projects with excellence, and building strong internal and external partnerships. • Serve as a cross-functional liaison to allow clear communication and effective resource coordination across departments.
  • Identify project needs and collaborate on recruitment strategies to strengthen ROW staffing capacity.
  • Equip staff with the tools, training, and mentorship necessary to support their growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast workload, align staffing plans, and optimize team utilization.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to confirm accountability and continuous development.
  • Assist in local and national strategic pursuits and supporting proposal development.
  • Collaborate with Area leadership to shape and implement effective capture strategies.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert and provide guidance on contract and delivery-related risk management.
  • Expand HDR's presence in the market by cultivating strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow services with existing and new clients.
  • Represent HDR at local, regional, and national industry conferences to elevate the firm's visibility and thought leadership in real estate services.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of real estate projects across multiple market sectors.
  • Oversee budgets, QA/QC, schedules, and deliverables on Resource Real Estate projects.
  • Collaborate with power delivery staff to evaluate and optimize real estate team processes and procedures to develop efficiencies in the workflow.
  • Confirm all managed projects meet HDR's standards for quality, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project scopes, contracts, and schedules to mitigate risk and avoid scope creep or delays.

  • Coaching, mentoring, or managing staff in a project or program setting.
  • Professional certification or licensure preferred (e.g., SR/WA, Notary).
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams, guiding strategic initiatives, and delivering technical excellence.
  • Strong alignment with HDR's values and commitment to a collaborative, employee-owned culture.
  • SR/WA Designation with the International Right of Way Association
