MEP Project Manager
A top-tier general contractor is looking to add an MEP Project Manager to support its rapidly growing Data Center/Mission Critical division. Lead MEP scopes across mission critical/data center projects (ground-up and retrofit)
Drive preconstruction efforts including budgets, scheduling, and value engineering
Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors on all MEP systems
Manage MEP subcontractors to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and performance
Oversee commissioning processes and ensure strict QA/QC standards are met
Collaborate with internal teams, field leadership, and clients
Identify risks and proactively solve complex MEP challenges

The successful applicant:
Has 5+ years of experience in MEP Project Management or related roles
Has strong mission critical/data center or highly technical project experience preferred
Has proven experience managing large-scale MEP scopes
Has knowledge of commissioning and critical systems (power, cooling, redundancy)
Has strong financial, scheduling, and organizational skills
Is open to project-based travel across Texas
What's on offer:
Base salary: Open, depending on experience
Project completion bonus: Projected at $100,000
Annual bonus: 20% of base salary
Housing stipend: $1,500-$2,500/month
Relocation assistance provided
Travel home twice per month
Example: A $150K base salary can realistically total ~$250K with incentives.
