Seeking a Production Supervisor for a global packaging manufacturer in Niagara Falls, NY area. This production leader will have a diverse workload in support of the manufacturing needs of the plant. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, can motivate a team to perform at high levels, collaborate with other departments to assess the plants' processes and will have an opportunity to expand your knowledge as each day varies and be able to contribute to the plant's growth. Supervisor to oversee a rotating swing shift. Meaning, working a total of 15 days a month, 2 weekends free and shift swing of 6:45am 6:45pm, then 2 days off, then 6:45pm 6:45am, then 2 days off again.
