We're seeking an Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support Mae's mission: helping customers manage life's uncertainties through personalized insurance and lifelong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily agency operations, including staff supervision, workflow organization, and coverage across product lines such as Auto, Home, Business, Life, Pet, and Health Insurance
• Maintain office hours alignment: MonWed 9 AM6 PM, Thu 9 AM6 PM, Fri 9 AM5 PM, Closed weekends (with after-hours by appointment)
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the agentensuring exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments (in-person and virtual), handling billing and claims inquiries
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards in licensing, client interaction, and product knowledge
• Oversee licensing compliance within the officeensuring all team members hold valid P&C licenses and meet continuing education requirements.
• Assist with localized community outreach efforts, including virtual appointments and educational events
• Manage administrative tasksoffice correspondence, vendor relations, insurance carrier communications, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Excellent Communicator You're customer-focused and adept at briefing clients and staff about complex insurance products in clear, empathetic terms.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable Comfortable with scheduling tools, billing and claims systems, and supporting both in-person and virtual client interactions.
• Community-Oriented You value building trust and long-term relationships with clients and community partners.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary commensurate with experience.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
