Senior Project Manager - Office Lead
Founded in 1987, our client is a commercial general contractor operating across South Carolina and Georgia. The company has a strong local presence, steady backlog, and a clear long-term vision for regional growth, including future expansion into Greenville, SC. The Columbia office has been established for approximately five years and operates with a close-knit, ownership-minded culture.
Job Description
- Estimate, win, and manage commercial projects end-to-end
- Oversee multiple local projects ranging from $1M-$4M
- Serve as the senior point of contact for Owners and stakeholders
- Represent the Columbia office with credibility and professionalism
- Provide leadership to the local PM and field teams
- Support long-term office growth (not immediate BD-driven)

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager - Office Lead should have:
- Senior-level Project Manager background
- Comfortable estimating and running projects independently
- Confident communicating directly with Owners
- Strong roots in the Columbia, SC market with established subcontractor relationships
- Thrives in an autonomous, accountability-driven environment
- Motivated by long-term office leadership rather than just project execution
Nice to haves:
- Healthcare / medical project experience
- Experience leading small offices or teams

- Base salary: ~$125,000-$135,000
- Vehicle allowance: $900/month
