The Plant Manager III is responsible for overseeing all functional and operational areas of Tyson Foods' poultry processing plant in Center, Texas. This role provides strategic leadership to approximately 1,200 team members across three production shifts and ensures efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive poultry manufacturing experience preferably in Tray Pack operations and proven ability to lead and develop managers in a unionized environment.
Travel Requirement: 611 trips per year (plant visits, leadership meetings, and corporate reviews)
