What You'll Do:

CoreWeave's Global Logistics Operations (GLO) team enables the movement of critical infrastructure across our rapidly expanding global network of data centers, warehouses, and logistics partners. Our team manages transportation execution, third-party logistics providers, inventory movement, and operational coordination to ensure equipment arrives safely, compliantly, and on schedule.

About the Role:

As a Regional Logistics Specialist, Global Logistics Operations, you will own the day-to-day execution of domestic and international shipments supporting data center builds, spares, transfers, and returns. You will coordinate closely with carriers, freight brokers, and 3PL providers while managing shipment tracking, documentation, ticket queues, and operational escalations. This role serves as a key operational link between data center teams, inventory control, procurement, trade compliance, and logistics partners. Success in this role requires strong transportation knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight operations, supply chain, or 3PL environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing domestic freight and parcel transportation, including LTL, TL, white-glove, expedited, and carrier coordination.
  • Experience coordinating with carriers, freight brokers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Working knowledge of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, proof-of-delivery documentation, and claims management.
  • Experience supporting transportation execution across multiple shipment types and operational workflows.
  • Strong proficiency with ERP systems, transportation management systems (TMS), logistics platforms, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience managing ticketing systems such as Jira or similar workflow management tools.
  • Ability to reconcile transportation data across multiple systems while maintaining accurate and auditable records.
  • Experience contributing to KPI reporting, operational metrics, or transportation performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of transportation operations, carrier performance management, and shipment exception handling.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting data center infrastructure, cloud operations, technology hardware, or other high-value equipment environments.
  • Exposure to international transportation, customs processes, import/export documentation, and trade compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, HTS classifications, country-of-origin requirements, and logistics compliance processes.
  • Experience supporting control tower operations, transportation visibility platforms, or logistics analytics programs.
  • Experience creating or improving logistics SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.

Wondering if you're a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring diverse experiences and perspectives to our teams, even if you don't meet every qualification.

  • You love solving transportation challenges and keeping critical operations moving.
  • You're curious about global logistics networks, transportation optimization, and supply chain operations.
  • You're an expert in shipment execution, logistics coordination, and operational follow-through.
