The manager is responsible for the performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from maintaining the books to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand. When you first open, the general manager may also be the sales manager responsible for sales of memberships and building business at the franchise.

With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our learning management system, along with hands-on training with the management team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
