Responsibilities include developing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external relationships.
The Program Manager will have:
Financial Controls - assuring programs are performed within specific program award budgets
Schedule Controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements
Contractual Submittals - that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements
Customer Relations Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers - Be the face of Valcor to our customer.
Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, quality assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures.
A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a must.
BSME (or equivalent engineering degree) preferred
Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related aerospace experience preferable but not required.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
