• Place ads across social platforms to generate inquiries—leveraging your strong communication and engagement skills (full training and support provided).
• Guide applicants through a scripted discovery process to determine eligibility and ensure you're working with individuals committed to their growth journey.
• Utilize the latest AI technologies to attract inquiries and optimise your outreach.
• Attend daily live training calls to advance your skills and collaborate with our vibrant global team—a refreshing change from traditional classroom isolation.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• A strong interest in digital marketing and proven experience using social media platforms globally.
• Effective multitasking and time management skills—critical for managing diverse responsibilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy across all professional engagements.
• Professional phone interview and communication skills—your ability to build rapport will be key.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a results-focused approach.
• A positive, upbeat personality—your enthusiasm will inspire those you connect with.
• A natural communicator, genuinely enjoying connecting with people and supporting their growth.
• Must have at least 5 years of working experience in a professional capacity.

• Previous experience as a Leadership Development Coach, corporate trainer, or in similar roles within adult learning and transformation is highly advantageous.
