As an HR partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll support strategic initiatives that enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Working in a collaborative, global environment, you'll provide comprehensive HR leadership that helps shape our culture built on our 4i values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement. You'll work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that attract, develop, engage and retain talent while driving organizational effectiveness. This role is within Laboratory Products Group (LPG), supporting Laboratory Chemicals Division (LCD). This role supports a Union Manufacturing & Distribution site, prior experience working in and supporting a Union environment is required.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $112,500.00$160,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
