Fast-paced, publicly traded manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Controller to be responsible for the financial integrity of the site, represent the site as the subject matter expert who can educate team members on financial goals and results. The Manufacturing Controller will directly report to the plant manager, who has been with the company for 14 years, and will oversee a staff of four accounting professionals. Daily you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Candidates should enjoy working in a team environment, communicating with other departments and supporting production in order to meet the company's accounting and finance goals. Individuals should enjoy spending 10-15% of their time on the manufacturing floor. This is a high-profile position.
