World Contract Logistics delivers tailored, scalable and progressive solutions to customers in more than 100 global locations. The company has managed supply chain synergies for global automotive and technology premier brands for more than 60 years. We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our operations at the facility based in Melrose Park, IL.

How you will contribute:
HS Diploma/GED required
Experience supervising in an Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Logistics facility.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience and or training regarding the Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, Lean Methodologies preferred.
Quality systems knowledge - to a reasonable level be able to monitor staff performance and costs within the department (including, but not limited to: time-keeping, quality, productivity, etc.)

We offer a market competitive compensation package. The pay range for this role is $67,400-$77,000, paid bi-weekly, with the potential for annual bonus payable in April every year.
