Reporting to the Dean, the Academic Director of Nursing will lead program directors, faculty, and academic support teams, with resources that include instructional design, a modern simulation center, student success coaches, and real-time analytics for outcomes tracking. The Academic Director of Nursing will guide accreditation and regulatory readiness, curriculum innovation, faculty recruitment and development, budget stewardship, clinical affiliation growth, and community outreach while thriving alongside friendly nursing students, compassionate educators, and a diverse, interdisciplinary healthcare team.
