The Project Manager reports to a Managing Director or Director and is responsible for monitoring and tracking project progress, aged accounts, invoices, and budget and for overall project performance and profitability. This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Thorough knowledge of applicable building codes, zoning codes, and approval processes. Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and build teams effectively. Excellent written and verbal skills. Highly organized, detail-driven, and conscientious. It is attuned to other areas related to the total project: structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and site requirements. Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with a working knowledge of the current version of AutoCAD. Familiarity with engineering software.
Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. 10+ years of experience. PE license is preferred.
