This is a hybrid position that would require candidates to be onsite at our Rosemont, IL headquarters 2-3x per week. Position responsibilities include the development, maintenance, and adoption of the IT SRM governance framework across IT and applicable suppliers. Support supplier lifecycle management activities, including defining requirements, decision points, and success criteria, in coordination with internal stakeholders. Lead performance governance, including monitoring performance, identifying issues, facilitating escalations as appropriate, and supporting corrective action plans. Support commercial and contract management activities in partnership with Procurement and Legal. Support supplier value realization and financial oversight, as applicable, and identify optimization opportunities. Coordinate third-party risk and compliance activities with IT Risk/Security, including due diligence, periodic reviews, remediation tracking, and documentation, in accordance with applicable policies and standards.
Required education and experience include a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field with 4 to 6 years of experience in IT vendor management/supplier relationship OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of experience in IT vendor management/supplier relationship. Working knowledge of key IT platforms and disciplines, with the ability to translate operational, commercial, and technical considerations into business recommendations. Demonstrated executive communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Demonstrated success leading in matrixed environments and operating effectively amid ambiguity and change. Demonstrated results orientation and customer focus, with a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement. Ability to facilitate discussions and deliver clear, structured presentations. Experience designing, implementing, and maturing supplier/vendor management models aligned to evolving business needs.
