Seasonal Contract Position: August through November (Potential for full time year round for right candidate)
The Great Pumpkin Trail is looking for a highly organized, hands-on leader to oversee the full seasonal build, setup, operations support, and teardown of one of Minnesota's largest immersive fall attractions.
This is not a desk job. This role is for someone who can lead crews, solve problems fast, stay organized under pressure, and physically help bring a large-scale seasonal event to life from the ground up.
The Build Manager will oversee the installation and removal of the attraction across a 4 to 6 week setup period, manage seasonal setup crews, coordinate logistics, maintain organization of inventory and dcor elements, and help ensure the attraction is fully operational and guest-ready on schedule.
