Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid MonThurs onsite, Fri remote)

Overview

A leading enterprise organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-impact initiative involving multiple technology change efforts. This role will focus on driving execution, ensuring alignment across teams, and delivering projects within a structured program framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of programs and initiatives with moderate complexity
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable project plans
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Prepare reporting, analysis, and executive-level presentations
• Oversee multiple concurrent technology system changes within a structured program framework
• Support testing lifecycle activities, including test execution, defect tracking, and remediation updates
• Proactively identify risks and escalate issues to stakeholders as needed

Required Qualifications

• 57 years of experience in project management, program management, or business execution
• Strong experience working in technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within a program structure
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with a deadline-driven execution mindset
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with testing processes (test scripts, defect tracking, reporting)
• Working knowledge of Jira, Octane, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within financial services environments
• Exposure to payments or wire processing (domestic/international)
• Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging, SWIFT, or FedWire systems

Additional Details

• Must be local to Charlotte, NC (no relocation support)
• Hybrid schedule required (4 days onsite)
• No overtime expected
• Occasional local travel between offices may be required
