Residential Care Facility (RCF) Administrator
Location: Kirksville, MO Work Schedule: In-person | Full-Time | MondayFriday
The Residential Care Facility (RCF) Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of the residential care facility. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality care to residents while maintaining operational efficiency, financial stability, and staff development. The Administrator serves as the primary operational leader for the facility and works collaboratively with internal departments, regulatory agencies, and community partners to support organizational goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of residential care regulations, licensing standards, and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and staff development capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly regulated environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor performance metrics, and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships.
Experience and Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Required: Minimum of 35 years of progressively responsible experience in residential care, long-term care, or healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and facility operations.
- Current state licensure or certification as required by local and state regulations (RCAL or LNHA).
Supervisory Requirements:
