The Fitness Manager (FM) ensures every member receives a world-class experience while driving the financial success of our coaching and supplement departments. You will lead a high-performance team, manage daily operations, and take full ownership of private training and supplement revenue.

Key responsibilities include team leadership & staffing, sales & revenue performance, and administration & member service.
Qualifications include proven experience in fitness management, sales, or team leadership, current nationally recognized Personal Training certification and CPR/AED certification, strong communication, time management, and a deep understanding of fitness revenue metrics, high school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, and the ability to lead by example on the fitness floor.
Compensation: $58,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
