Client Partner / GM- BFS (NJ)

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager, Account Executive (Sr. Client Partner) to lead P&L responsibilities over BFS client based in NJ. This role is a specialized sales lead who will have a deep comprehension of the industry domain. The General Manager/ Account Executive will be a seasoned relationship builder at the C-Level of the client organization and originate opportunities for Wipro. This role will be solely responsible for growth targets and Profit & Loss metrics of the account.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Directly accountable for overall delivery, growth, and profitability targets.
- Positioning Wipro as a Strategic IT partner and find opportunities to implement IT solutions, while managing account to achieve and scale client goals and contributing to new business development efforts.
- Own the account plan process to include budget preparation, in synchronization with sales executives and industry leaders.
- Serve as the face of the industry and Wipro, in front of the client to build further rapport and secure contract renewal.
Qualifications:
- At least 15+ years of experience in pitching, presenting, and selling IT Portfolio Services to CXO level clients in Banking & Financial Services.
- Progressive background as a direct P&L owner and growth agent, ideally having managed at least a $40M-50M+ client portfolio and Account Executive direct report(s).
- Broad range of selling IT Services portfolio across client service lines; with specific expertise in selling services to large enterprise BFS clients.
- Has most often exceeded targets on revenue, bookings, and operating margins.
- Robust knowledge of global delivery model and methodologies to partner with offshore teams.
- Ability to collaborate with other teams in various service lines and anchor the account together.
- Understands how to create and grow relationships to work closely with senior customer IS team (CIO, VPs, and Directors) to suggest, advice, evaluate, and prime business growth.
- Must be within a reasonable commuting distance to mid/southern NJ, no exceptions.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $240,000.00 to $375,000.00. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
