Product Manager, Search Ads Quality Modeling

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. As a part of the team, you will be at the forefront of bringing the latest advancements in foundational models to ads. As a Product Manager in the Ad Relevance and User Quality team, you will play a key role in building the ML models that are responsible for showing useful ads to users across Google Search and AI Mode. You will work with a high-performing engineering team and partner with teams across Google, including research teams in Google Research and DeepMind to build AI systems that continue to raise the quality standards for search and shopping ads on Google. Users come first at Google. Nowhere is this more important than on our Advertising and Commerce team: we believe that ads and commercial information can be highly useful to our users if that information is relevant to what our users wish to find or do. Advertisers worldwide use Google Ads to promote their products; publishers use AdSense to serve relevant ads on their website; and business around the world use our products (like Google Shopping, and Google Wallet) to support their online businesses and bring users into their offline stores. We are constantly innovating to deliver the most effective advertising and commerce opportunities of tomorrow.
