Are you a leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving sales results, and building strong business relationships? Do you have photography experience or a passion for visual storytelling? Mom365 is seeking a Photography Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations, drive sales performance, develop future leaders, and strengthen hospital partnerships while helping families preserve their baby's first moments through professional newborn photography.
This role combines leadership, sales, customer experience, training, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is a people leader firstsomeone who enjoys developing others, building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results across a multi-site operation.
