Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and managing day-to-day marketing activities across all channels. This role serves as the operational engine of the marketing team, translating brand strategy, campaign direction, and business priorities into coordinated, on-time execution. Reporting to the Creative Director, this individual ensures that campaigns are deployed effectively across digital, dealer, retail, and marketplace channels while maintaining alignment with brand standards, timelines, and performance goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or digital marketing. Understanding of multi-channel marketing including ecommerce, email, social, and paid media. Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume marketing environments. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Adobe Commerce, social platforms, and analytics tools. Experience in powersports, automotive aftermarket, or enthusiast-driven industries preferred.

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,600.00 to $94,500.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
