This position manages the daily operations of the inpatient rehabilitation services of physical, occupational, speech and pediatric therapy for OhioHealth to ensure appropriate staffing levels, quality of service, efficiency, customer satisfaction, personnel development, program development, fiscal responsibility, and interdisciplinary communication. He/She is assigned to one hospital campus and must work closely with their counterpart on the other campus.

Minimum qualifications:
Field of study: Rehab related discipline. Clinical expertise in rehab services discipline, knowledge of Ohio laws and rules governing rehab, disciplines, continuing related to management and rehabilitation. 5 yrs. in healthcare field and 3 to 5 yrs. management experience. Prior leadership experience required. Licensed therapist is required.
