Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates for CMaR and Design-Build projects. Support preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and scope development. Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams during early project phases. Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to ensure accurate cost projections. Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and procurement processes.
