What does a Sales and Marketing Director do?
As our Sales and Marketing Director at Ashwood Court, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to attract potential residents, coordinating tours, and assisting families through the admissions process. You will collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition for new residents and provide support to address any inquiries promptly. Join us in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.
To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with referral partners, potential residents, their families, and the internal team.
