A renowned Fortune 500 market leader in the Food/Beverage industry seeks a Director of Plant Engineering for one of their most prominent flagship facilities.

In this elevated role, you will form an integral part of the executive leadership team while reporting directly to the Plant Manager. You will oversee and develop a team of engineering professionals, manage a broad spectrum of project contractors, and spearhead cross-functional project teams toward achieving strategic objectives.
COMPENSATION: Highly competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 with a performance-based bonus of up to 20%, plus a 9% 401K match, plus RSUs (Restricted stock units) and full relocation!
