Partners with their assigned Line of Business, other Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals, and RCA Managers to create, implement, maintain, review or oversee an effective risk management framework. Responsible for assessing business, technology, and process changes to identify and mitigate risks related to Know Your Customer (KYC), operational processes, and potential customer harm. This role executes risk-based pre-implementation testing and validation activities to ensure new products, system enhancements, and process changes function as intended and comply with applicable policies and risk standards. The position partners closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC), and Risk Management teams to validate customer outcomes, identify defects, assess downstream impacts, and provide credible challenge throughout the development and implementation lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring customer-facing and KYC-related changes are implemented correctly before release and that identified issues are appropriately escalated and remediated.
