As a Program Manager II within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO. The Program Manager II will lead strategic Enterprise Capabilities initiatives, focused on designing, developing, and executing programs that consolidate distributed capabilities into enterprise-owned utilities. This role plays a critical part in advancing enterprise operating models by driving standardization, scalability, and efficiency across corporate functions.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise communications, large-scale program execution, and capability consolidation, along with the ability to engage senior leadership and influence across complex organizations.
Experience in program or project management, preferably within financial services or a highly regulated environment
Proven experience managing large-scale programs with enterprise-level impact
Experience driving capability consolidation, shared services, or enterprise utility models
Demonstrated expertise in enterprise communication strategies and stakeholder management
Background in Risk, Corporate Functions Technology, or related domains
Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior/executive leadership
Experience working in Agile environments; proficiency with Jira and Agile delivery frameworks
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience supporting enterprise transformation or operating model design initiatives
Background in Power BI or similar data visualization/reporting tools
Familiarity with enterprise utility development or shared service architecture
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
