This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building trust with customers, providing exceptional service, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Assist customers with account-related questions and requests. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve routine customer concerns in a professional manner. Maintain accurate account records and documentation. Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals. Follow company policies and service standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
