Pay: $75,000 to $82,000
Family Dollar's busy fully automated retail distribution center in Rome, NY is looking to add an experienced Maintenance Manager to our team. This person will oversee an assigned shift's maintenance operations and provide leadership to a team of technicians while fostering a culture of safety in order to keep our DC in top working order.
General Summary: The role of the Maintenance Department Manager is to provide maintenance support to the DC Operation on their specified shift. This person is also responsible for a team of up to 10 hourly technicians. This person will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the maintenance personnel. This position is responsible for embracing Family Dollar's store-centric commitment to customers, customer service and sales.

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors' Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred. 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training and 1 to 2 years supervisory and/or management experience. Job Related Skills:
