About the Role:
Join Havenova Home Care Solutions as a Baby Sitter/Nanny in Lindenhurst, NY, where you will provide nurturing care and support to children in a warm and loving environment. Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and loving care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Plan and engage in educational and recreational activities to promote child development.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Assist with homework and provide tutoring support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for children to play and learn.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
  • Manage daily schedules, including transportation to activities and appointments.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, fostering a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Background check clearance required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in child development is a plus.
