Junior Project Analyst

Supporting various teams remotely, the full-time Junior Project Analyst will review project intake details, prepare pricing, and develop preliminary benefit analysis estimates to ensure accurate project assumptions and scope definition. Key responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely Benefit Analyses by evaluating real estate data and construction documentation Determine competitive pricing for cost segregation studies based on project scope and documentation Identify risks and scope issues early in the project intake process while improving workflows for efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a financial or analytical role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite Ability to review and interpret construction documentation and related project information Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with high attention to detail
