Mail Production SpecialistImmediate need for a talented Mail Production Specialist. This is a 06 months contract to hire opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Farmington, MO (Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key ResponsibilitiesShift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (Daily OT flexes based of mail counts. Up to 8 hr of OT per week)Work week: Monday – FridayOpen, sort, and prepare incoming USPS, UPS, and bulk mailScan and digitally process incoming correspondence using high-speed scannersRecord and appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, and adjustmentsGenerate and mail correspondence related to submission errorsPerform mailroom runs and support warehouse operationsLoad/unload freight and handle totes weighing 35–40 lbsMaintain accuracy and productivity in a high-volume production environmentKey Requirements and Technology Experience3 months – 1 year of production or mailroom experienceExperience working in a warehouse or high-volume processing environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyInability to lift up to 40 lbs consistentlyMeet established department production and quality standardsAssist team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with business needsOpen, sort and prepare incoming documentsImage incoming paper documentsMaintain appropriate records, files and processing documentationAssist team members in other areas to align with business needsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
