The Role:

Our Colorado Springs facility is seeking a knowledgeable and handsonMaintenance Techniciantojointhe reliability, safety, and performance of our Facilities and Maintenance Team. In this role, you will performinspections andpreventive maintenance, troubleshoot electromechanical equipment, and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. You will also partner with crossfunctional teams to understand equipment needs, communicate required changes, and support continuous improvement across the site.

What You'll Do:

• Perform Total Productive Maintenance for all equipment related to manufacturing.

• Track repair history in the maintenance database

• Installs automation equipment or projects in support of continuous improvement projects.

• Work with injection molding presses: Electrical(AC/DC), Hydraulic, Basic Plumbing, Pneumatic and servo motors, sensors, and HMI interfaces.

• Repair electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits as needed.Replacedefective components to restore proper operation of equipment and mechanical systems.

• Makemodifications to equipment to achieve desired results.

• Maintain accurate records and metrics related to machine downtime due to maintenance issues.

• Working knowledge and troubleshooting ofrobot equipment to program, sensors, pneumatic and setting up EOAT (end of arm tool)

• Perform activities relating to 6stodrive better workplace standardization. Deliver timely responses toGEMBAwalk observations, quality audits, and 6s audit findings.

• Always wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and perform duties in a safe manner that aligns with all safety policies and procedures

• Communicate potential hazards, safety concerns, near misses, or incidents immediately to a supervisor

• Create and maintain a safe working environment

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall business goals and objectives

What We Seek:

• High SchoolDiplomaorGEDrequired

• 1-2 years of Maintenanceexperienceor related Trade Schoolpreferred

• Ability to read andinterpretblueprintswith electrical, water diagrams and hydraulic schematic diagrams.

• Demonstrated understanding ofinjection molding pressmechanics: Electrica; (AC/DC), Hydraulic, Pneumatic and servo motors, sensors and HMI interfaces

• Highdegree of mechanical aptitude andtroubleshootingskills

• Performall workin accordance withestablished safety procedures. Inspects completed work for conformance with job specifications and safety requirements.

• Working knowledge of Robot equipment to program, fix sensors, pneumatic and setting upEOAT (end of arm tool).

• Abilitiesto read, understand, and follow documented processes and procedures.

• Strongattention to detail; ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, calibration equipment, or process monitoring instruments

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.on oacssion

• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward and handle small screws, washers, fasteners, etc.

• Works well independently and with a group on collaborative projects; able to take direction and instruction

• Ability to use ladders, lifts, platforms and get forklift certified if required to perform job.
