Job Description: Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, Policy & Procedureinterpretation, day-to-day employee relations, and record-keeping/compliance for employee files. Responsiblefor recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by development of effective recruitmentstrategies.
QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management, administration, orother applicable degree program.
Experience: Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience. One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.
Other:Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws
Technical Skills:Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
