With a legacy of growth through acquisitions and a commitment to excellent service and value, CBW is now one of the Top 10 leading convenience store wholesalers in the U.S. Position Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Robotic Palletizer Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating automated equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the robotic arm system to ensure efficient and precise operations in our distribution environment.Schedule : Sunday through ThursdayShift Time : 2 : 00 pm – 10 : 00 pm (end times may vary with volume of work)Compensation : $19.00 / hourResponsibilities Include, but are not limited to : Robotic Arm Operation : Operate robotic arm systems to perform tasks such as material handling, sortation, palletization, and other distribution processes.Monitor and control the robotic arm's movements to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Perform daily operator specific maintenance on the robotic arm system to ensure its optimal functionality.Assist Maintenance in troubleshooting and diagnose technical issues, collaborating with leadership, and technical support teams to implement timely solutions.Quality Control : Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify that the robotic arm system is meeting production standards.Implement adjustments and calibrations as necessary to maintain product quality.Documentation : Maintain accurate records of robot programs and setup configurations.Document any issues, resolutions, or improvements made to the robotic arm system.Reach Truck Operation : Safely operate a reach truck in close quarters around equipment to retrieve and transport product throughout warehouse.Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required.Ability to safely operate a reach truckfortable using technology including computers and software systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to lift, pull, push, stack, and carry items up to 50 lbs frequently, comfortable working in varying temperatures and physically demanding tasks.Reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Benefits : Complete medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and accident insurances starting the first of the month following 60-days of employment. 401(k) after 6 months with 2% employer match.Paid Time Off (PTO); starting at 80 hours your first year.Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and other mental health benefits are available!Ability to purchase products from the warehouse at wholesale price.
