About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong, people-first environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a regional and national sales director, bringing leadership experience and a results-driven mindset into the agency.

I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family - my wife is a high school math teacher, and we have two boys. I stay actively involved in the community through my church and the Rotary Club.

For our team, we offer PTO, holiday pay, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Our office culture is family-oriented, upbeat, and supportive. We enjoy working together and even have regular Friday team lunches. I believe in giving people ownership of their role without micromanaging, while still providing support when needed. We’re looking for someone who is well-spoken, personable, intelligent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
