Job description:
The HR Operations Field Partner plays a key role in supporting restaurant operations by ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant people processes across multiple locations. This is a highly hands-on, field-based role focused on recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR operations execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This position works closely with General Managers, Operations leadership, and HR Business Partners to deliver a strong employee experience and maintain operational excellence in-store.
