Apply now and one of our dedicated managers will reach out to you.Positions Available:Part-Time/TemporaryDuties/Responsibilities:Greet/assist guests - be proactive and friendly; provide information and directionHave an understanding of the venue layout and featuresManage line/crowd control - verify entry of guests through tickets, badges or wristbands, direct traffic in and out of venueScreen guests during entry including bag checks, walk-thru, hand wand, and visualObserve and reportDemonstrate and enforce company and venue policiesRoaming and patrolling - clearing aisle and assisting with crowd control issuesField intrusion/barricade - create a secure area between the crowd and the eventPatrols and monitors an assigned area; reports suspicious activities to local authoritiesMonitors surveillance cameras, inspects property, and monitors crowdsContacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergencyAfter business hours, checks doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secureReasonably detains persons suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrivesEscorts discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises These duties are minimum requirements of the position.
