Job description
To support new patient visits, the part-time Intake Records Specialist will manage and maintain electronic health records, ensure accurate documentation, and facilitate communication among healthcare providers and patients in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Organizes and maintains electronic health records (EHRs) and paper documents Monitors patient charts and accurately records necessary paperwork from scheduling to appointment dates Communicates with healthcare providers and patients to clarify or obtain additional information Required qualifications High school graduate or equivalent education One (1) year of retail, customer service, or healthcare experience Computer experience required
