The Client is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst Project Lead to support complex Medicaid system modernization efforts, including MMIS Replacement and Member Management initiatives. This role requires strong commercial healthcare background, Medicaid expertise, business process analysis, and the ability to work across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups. The consultant will evaluate business needs, document requirements, support system integration efforts, and ensure alignment with MITA principles.
