About the Role:
Join Giguere Gymnastics as a Ballet Teacher in Leicester, MA, where you will inspire and nurture the next generation of dancers. This is an exciting opportunity to share your passion for ballet in a supportive and creative environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Instruct ballet classes for various age groups and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote technique and artistry.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills.
  • Organize and prepare students for performances and recitals.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to create a well-rounded dance program.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate with parents as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a ballet teacher or dancer.
  • Strong knowledge of ballet techniques and teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
