Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a new Facilities Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our corporate office, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional facility services.

A Day in the Life...

• Oversee the overall management and maintenance of the Lakeville office, ensuring it is safe, well-maintained, and complies with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement facility management for systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
• Manage vendor relationships, including janitorial services, security services, maintenance contractors, and facility service providers.
• Responsible for billing and budget management in partnership with the Office Manager.
• Oversee Facilities team.
• Lead facility improvement and expansion projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs and oversee repairs and renovations as necessary.
• On-call every third week and may need to provide guidance for others on-call.

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Work Experience :

At least 5 Years of Experience
