We are seeking an exceptional entrepreneur to become a Shelter Insurance Agent in Kokomo, IN. At Shelter, no previous insurance background is required. The agency is launched with no capital or assets required; we provide training and support. Responsibilities Develop prospects and sell Shelter products in your agency. Possibly bring on staff to assist with general administrative duties and improve sales. Meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies. Maintain any unsatisfied bills upon departure (e.g., advertising contracts, telephone bills, utilities). Qualifications & Requirements Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong communication skills in a sales environment. Sales experience and a degree with general business courses is helpful. No capital/assets required; the agency launch is provided.
